Audiolog Interaction Review

With an easy-to-use browser interface, you can easily search for recordings by channel, agent, date and time, duration, reference, memo, etc.. The Advanced search mode allows you to search for specific data in any field in the Audiolog Catalog database. Playback audio is delivered via the local area network to the speakers of the client PC.

Playback Security

Your System Administrator will assign you a User Name and Password. Your user account will have certain permissions associated with it. In order to play recordings back, your user account attributes must include “Playback” permission. Depending upon how your user account attributes have been configured, you may be permitted to playback all recordings or you may be restricted to only playing recordings from a limited subset of channels or agents. If your Playback permissions are limited, then the Audiolog Interaction Review will only show you recordings for the channels or agents to which you have been assigned. Check with your System Administrator to determine the permissions that have been assigned for your user account.
