Are you looking to record your phone? If you are here is some helpful advice,

The first thing you should check is your local state laws on recording calls, some states are one party notification states some are two party notification states. This site will explain and clarify what you need to do. (Beep tone, non beep tone, and announcement)

See what your state phone recording laws are!

Now that have determined your states statues on recording, you are ready for your next step.

You have to choose the correct interface for your recorder before you choose you the actual recorder itself.

All our recorders will work with the different types of phones, however they do not all connect to them with the same adapters. (Line interface, handset splitter, connector, T adapter etc)

How do I know what adapter to use?

Step 1 Identify the type of phone you want to record

Step 2   Choose the correct adapter(s) you may want to record more than one phone or you may want to record meetings, interviews, conference calls etc.

Step 3 Determine how long you need to save the recordings, (evidence, verification, etc.)

Step 4 Determine the type of recording medium you want (need). (Cassette, micro cassette, digital, SD chip)

Step 5  After reading your states statues do you need a beep tone or an announcement?

Step 6 Do you want to record on the go or at a stationary permanent location?

Now you’re ready to begin:
